팀명 앰퍼샌드원은 'and'(앤드)를 나타내는 기호 '&'인 Ampersand(앰퍼샌드)와 너, 나, 우리 모두 하나라는 뜻의 'ONE'(원)의 합성어다. 하나, 하나, 하나가 모여 우리의 꿈을 이루고 하나가 된다는 의미를 내포하고 있다.
