Last August, through their second mini-album [SHINING UP], Tempest, who broke more colorful records such as selling more than 70,000 albums in the first week, entering the top of music charts, and being nominated for No. ], announcing a high-speed comeback in two months, continuing unstoppable growth.

The third mini-album [ON and ON], which reveals the aspiration to soar toward the dream without settling for the present, contains Tempest's strong will to continue moving forward to a new world created by 'us' together. This album, which contains a total of four songs, contains the story of Tempest, who sings about the existence of 'we' who give each other courage and salvation, and wants to move forward to a wider world without hesitation.
