This album 'X', which is being released after three years, contains various meanings such as the tenth mini album, tenfold growth, and an infinite future.

The title song 'Is It You or That Time (A Sleepless Night)' is a medium tempo rock genre song with an impressive introduction of a unique whistle sound. Quoting poet Ha Sang-wook's verse 'Is It You or That Time (A Sleepless Night)', the song describes a situation where memories of a former lover cannot leave one's mind, and recurring memories and longing still linger.
