This is how Vodka Rain described their 3rd album [Faint].
In their 3rd album [Faint], their first full-length album 2 years after their 2nd album [Flavor] in 2008, they show off their deeper sensitivity. This album presents Britpop that is suitable for the transition from fall to winter. With most of the members over the age of 30, they lyrically expressed the emotions they had experienced from the past to the present (at the time of release).
The title song ‘Flower of Memory’ has a lyrical and sweet melody. It contains the sadness of precious memories gradually fading away. Additionally, the b-side song ‘No Words’ boasts prominent guests. Singer-songwriter Lucid Paul wrote the lyrics, model and singer Jang Yoon-ju performed vocals, and Jeong-ah of ‘Dear Cloud’ played the acoustic piano, showing off her lyricism.
Another popular song, “Midnight Restaurant,” is a song that warmly brightens our hearts, like a small star shining in the dark night sky. It takes us on an emotional journey with witty expressions.
