Billlie, who is in the limelight as a unique storytelling idol of the 4th generation, made a comeback with her third mini-album [the Billage of perception: chapter two].

With his solid skills, Billy released his debut album [the Billage of perception: chapter one] in November of last year about the 'mysterious story of a girl named Billie Love disappearing on a purple rain day on the 11th'. announced the prelude to the epic story that contained the story of Billy's gaze. “살면서 중요하다고 느껴지던 것들이 있어. 그런데 지나고 보면 별거 아니었던 거야… 이건 뭐 맥거핀들의 연속. 뭐가 중요하고 뭐가 그저 그런 건지 미리 알면 좋겠지만 그건 쉽지 않은 얘기잖아.”

현재까지 발표한 빌리의 트랙 중 가장 복잡한 보컬과 코러스 라인으로 구성된 latin trap과 Chicano hiphop을 퓨젼한 dance pop 곡. 사라진 빌리와 시간이 지남에 따라 식어가는 주변 사람들의 반응을 보며 삶은 어쩌면 무수히 많은 맥거핀의 연속이 아닐까라고 자문하는 가사는 데뷔 앨범 의 수록곡 'the rumor'의 연장선 상에서 이야기를 이어가고 있다.

어른들은 빌리가 사라졌다 분명 호들갑을 떨었지만, 이는 금방 별게 아닌 것처럼 그저 그런 얘기 중 하나로 바뀌어 버린다.
