Starting in 2010, guitarist Jeong Seong-ha released a new album every year and ran nonstop for nearly 10 years. This year, I came back with my 8th solo album named [ANDANTE] to walk one tempo slowly.
Following last year's 7th album [MIXTAPE], which enthralled guitar fans at home and abroad with his outstanding skills and imprinted his own outstanding sense and personality in fingerstyle arrangement, this new album [ANDANTE], which is again filled with his own songs, You can meet calm and leisurely tracks that match the title.
In this new album [ANDANTE], which is a warm harmony of perfect technique and Jung Sung-ha's signature ballad sensibility, you will be able to feel the energy of a spring day as clear and refreshing as the clear sky.


1. Etude
album's intro. It is a song with a short and concise melody, but it is the starting point that shows the overall feeling and story of this album.

2.Kiss
A kiss is the warmest and sweetest expression of love for the other person. Kisses with lovers, kisses with family, kisses with friends. This is a song that lovingly expresses the fluttering feeling.

3. Wedding Bells

I heard this song my father sang countless times when I was young. When I was a kid, I only heard beautiful melodies, but now that I'm an adult, I've fallen in love with the lyrics and only listened to this song for a while. Also, after watching the movie 'Loving Vincent', which made me fall in love with Vincent Van Gogh, the main character of this song, I wanted to include it in this album with my emotions. I think it's the song that best suits the finale of [ANDANTE].

2010년을 시작으로 매년 새 앨범을 발표하며 근 10년을 쉼 없이 달려 온 기타리스트 정성하. 올해는 특별히 한 템포 천천히 걷고자 [ANDANTE]라는 이름의 여덟 번 째 솔로 앨범을 가지고 돌아왔다.
일취월장한 발군의 기량으로 국내외 기타 팬들을 열광시키며 핑거스타일 편곡에 있어 자신만의 뛰어난 감각과 개성을 각인시켰던 지난 해 7집 앨범 [MIXTAPE]에 이어, 다시 자작곡으로 채워진 이번 새 앨범 [ANDANTE]에서는 앨범 타이틀에 어울리는 잔잔하고 여유로운 트랙들을 만나볼 수 있다.
완벽한 테크닉과 정성하의 시그니쳐 발라드 감성이 따뜻한 조화를 이룬 이번 새 앨범 [ANDANTE]에서 맑은 하늘같이 선명하고 상쾌한 봄날의 기운을 느낄 수 있을 것이다.


1. Etude
앨범의 인트로. 짧고 간결한 멜로디를 가진 곡이지만 이 앨범의 전체적인 느낌과 스토리를 잘 보여주는 시작점이다.

2. Kiss
키스는 상대방을 향한 사랑을 전달하는 가장 따뜻하고 달콤한 표현이다. 연인과의 키스, 가족과의 키스, 친구와의 키스. 쪽 하는 설렘을 사랑스럽게 표현해 본 곡.

3. Wedding Bell
자신이 주인공이 되는 날. 가장 사랑하는 사람과 사랑의 서약을 하는 기분은 어떤 느낌일까? 진심을 다해 축하해 주는 사람들, 카펫을 밟고 입장하는 신랑, 신부. 그리고 울리는 웨딩 벨.

4. Blue Day
누구에게나 왠지 모르게 울적한 날이 있다. 밖은 화창하지만 어째선지 마음 속에선 비가 내리곤 한다. 우울하면 우울한대로 흘려 보내며 그 감정을 솔직하게 노래에 담아보았다.

5. Andante
빠르지도 않고 너무 느리지도 않게, 안단테의 템포로 걸으며 숨을 쉰다. 나에게 가장 편안하고 안도되는 적당한 빠르기. 바로 그 템포를 하나의 곡으로 만들어 본 곡.

6. Pit-A-Pat
재미있는 패턴의 멜로디를 시작으로 만들어 본 곡. 반복되는 톡톡 튀는 리듬에 계속 변화하는 멜로디 진행을 더해 나가니 마치 설레는 일을 앞두고 있는 느낌이 들었다. 두근두근한 느낌이.

7. Nighty Night
하루 중 제일 좋아하는 시간인 밤. 밤이 될 때마다 시간이 지나지 않았으면 좋겠다는 생각을 하곤 한다. 누군가에겐 좋은 꿈이 되길, 또 나 같은 누군가에겐 아까울 만큼 좋은 밤이 되길.

8. Vincent (Starry, Starry Night)
어릴 때 아버지가 부르는 이 노래를 셀 수 없이 들었다. 꼬마였을 땐 아름다운 선율만 들렸지만 어른이 된 지금 그 가사에도 푹 빠져 한 동안 이 노래만 들었다. 또, 이 곡의 주인공인 빈센트 반 고흐에도 푹 빠지게 해준 영화 ‘Loving Vincent’를 본 후 나의 감성으로 이번 앨범에 꼭 수록하고 싶어졌다. [ANDANTE]의 피날레를 장식하는데 가장 잘 어울리는 곡이라 생각한다.
