감성 보컬리스트 ‘허각’이 다섯 번째 미니앨범 〈戀書(연서)〉를 발매한다.
‘Hello’, ‘죽고 싶단 말 밖에’, '나를 사랑했던 사람아', ‘사월의 눈’ 등 애잔한 발라드로 폭넓은 세대의 감성과 공감을 이끌었던 보컬리스트 허각이 1년 2개월이 넘는 긴 공백기를 깨고 한층 더 성숙해진 음악으로 돌아온다. 이번 앨범은 떠나간 연인을 향한 슬픈 편지 형식으로 이별 후에 경험할 수 있는 다양한 감정들을 담아낸 트랙들로 구성되어 허각표 감성 보컬을 선보이며, 지고릴라, 심현보, 김진환, MU-D9, 이정원, 기련(CLEF CREW) 등 국내 최고의 작가진들이 참여하여 오직 허각을 위한 연서를 함께 완성시켰다.

타이틀곡 〈혼자, 한잔〉은 2015년도에 발표했던 ‘사월의 눈’을 통해 함께 호흡을 맞췄던 지고릴라(G.gorilla) 작곡가의 작품이다. 떠나간 연인에 대한 그리움을 술 한잔으로 표현한 〈혼자, 한잔〉은 채워도 채워지지 않고 비워지는 텅 빈 술잔을 공허한 마음에 빗대어 이별 후의 상실감과 고독함을 담아낸 허각표 발라드이다. 쓸쓸한 정서를 이끄는 기타를 시작으로 하여 후반부로 갈수록 스트링과 함께 점점 터져 나오는 멍울진 그리움이 돋보이는 곡으로, 뮤지션 지고릴라와 최고의 작사가 심현보가 써내려간 가사와 허각만의 담백한 창법이 어우러져 곡의 완성도를 더욱 높였다. 〈혼자, 한잔〉은 겨울의 마지막을 장식하며 리스너들에게 진한 여운을 남기는 허각의 또 하나의 명품 발라드가 될 것이다.
