Loopy & Nafla, a duo currently active by Mekit Rain Records' members Loopy and Nafla, released their EP album [LooFla] on the 10th.

This album is Loopy & Nafla's first EP album, which includes a total of 12 songs, including the previously released singles [Woke Up Like This], [Ice King], and [Ex], and came to the public with a double title song. Loopy & Nafla used 'LooFla' as the album name, which is a combination of Loopy and Nafla among fans, and showed various chemistry between Loopy and Nafla to match the album name.

The EP [LooFla] starts with the first title song 'Atlantis', suitable for the upcoming summer, and contains easy-to-listen songs such as 'Ex', 'Ride', and 'Woke Up Like This'. Shot' and 'ABC' show rapping with a sense of time to match the beat, and the final song 'Ice King' finishes intensely. As the producers of this album, various producers active in Korea and abroad, such as JuniorChef, CODE KUNST, BIG BANANA, Louis Maui, and Tunnelno5, participated and improved the level of perfection.

The album artwork was done by illustrator SAMBYPEN (Kim Se-dong), who also appeared in the popular variety show 'I Live Alone' following [Woke Up Like This], [Ice King], and [Ex]. The character 'LooFla', which was designed with the characteristics of nafla, attracted fans' attention when it was first introduced in the 'Ice King' live streaming.

Following the release of the album, Loopy & Nafla, who usually showed music with various visuals, will also release an official video, and many fans are anticipating what new look they will show through this video. Meanwhile, in celebration of the release of the album, Loopy & Nafla will showcase their first LooFla merchandise through the EP [LooFla] exhibition & pop-up store.

메킷레인 레코즈 소속 루피(Loopy)와 나플라(nafla)가 활동 중인 듀오 루피&나플라(Loopy&nafla)로 지난 10일 EP 앨범 [LooFla]를 발표했다.

이번 앨범은 지난번 발표한 싱글 앨범 [Woke Up Like This], [얼음왕], [Ex]를 포함하여 총 12곡이 수록된 루피&나플라의 첫번째 EP앨범으로, 더블 타이틀곡으로 대중들을 찾아왔다. 루피&나플라는 팬들 사이에 루피와 나플라를 합쳐 부르는 '루플라(LooFla)'를 앨범명으로 사용하였으며 앨범명에 맞게 루피와 나플라가 주고 받는 다양한 케미를 선보였다.

EP [LooFla]는 다가오는 여름에 어울리는 첫번째 타이틀곡 'Atlantis'로 시작하여 'Ex', '데리러 와 (Ride)', 'Woke Up Like This' 등 편하게 들을 수 있는 곡들이 수록되었으며, 두번째 타이틀곡 'Shot'와 'ABC'에서는 비트에 맞춰 박자감이 돋보이는 랩핑을 선보이고 마지막곡 '얼음왕'으로 강렬하게 마무리된다. 이번 앨범의 프로듀서진으로 JuniorChef, CODE KUNST, BIG BANANA, Louis Maui, Tunnelno5 등 국내와 해외에서 활발히 활동 중인 다양한 프로듀서들이 참여하며 완성도를 높였다.

앨범 아트워크는 [Woke Up Like This], [얼음왕], [Ex] 에 이어 인기 예능 ‘나혼자산다’에 출연하기도 했었던 일러스트레이터 SAMBYPEN(김세동)이 맡아서 진행했으며, 특히 그가 루피(Loopy)와 나플라(nafla)의 특성을 살려 디자인한 캐릭터 '루플라(LooFla)'는 '얼음왕' 라이브 스트리밍에서 처음으로 선보이며 팬들의 주목을 끌었다.

평소 다양한 비주얼로 음악을 나타냈던 루피&나플라는 앨범 발매에 이어 오피셜 비디오 또한 공개 예정이며, 이번 영상을 통해 어떤 새로운 모습을 선보일지 많은 팬들의 기대감을 모으고 있다. 한편, 루피&나플라는 앨범 발매를 맞이하여 EP [LooFla] 전시회&팝업스토어를 통해 첫 루플라(LooFla) 머천다이즈를 선보일 예정이다.
