RBW's rookie boy group ONEUS releases the second mini-album [RAISE US] of the 'US' series.
Consisting of RAVN, Seoho, Leedo, Keonhee, Hwanwoong, and Xion, ONEUS took their first steps in the music industry with their debut album 'LIGHT US' in January. Upon the release of their debut album, they topped the iTunes K-pop album charts in 4 countries, garnering attention from around the world and establishing themselves as next-generation K-pop prospects.
This mini-album [RAISE US] is an album with the meaning of “lifting us up.” If the last debut album, ‘LIGHT US,’ meant “ONEUS, born with the light people shine on, the music they make,” , This album contains the meaning of “ONEUS, which will take a higher leap with the light that people shine on.”

‘US’ 시리즈 그 두 번째 이야기 ‘태양이 떨어진다’
RBW의 신인 보이그룹 원어스(ONEUS)가 ‘US’ 시리즈의 두 번째 이야기 미니앨범 [RAISE US]를 발매한다.
RAVN(레이븐), 서호, 이도, 건희, 환웅, 시온까지 6인조로 구성된 원어스(ONEUS)는 지난 1월 데뷔 앨범 ‘LIGHT US’ 로 가요계에 첫 발을 내디뎠다. 데뷔 앨범 발매와 동시에 4개국 아이튠즈 K팝 앨범 차트에서 1위를 기록하며 전 세계의 이목을 집중시키고 차세대 K팝 유망주로 자리잡았다.
이번 미니앨범 [RAISE US]는 “우리를 끌어올리다”라는 의미를 담은 앨범으로 지난 데뷔 앨범 ‘LIGHT US’가 “사람들이 비추는 빛으로 탄생한 원어스(ONEUS), 그들이 만들어가는 음악”을 뜻했다면, 이번 앨범에서는 “사람들이 비춰주던 빛으로 더 높은 도약을 해나갈 원어스(ONEUS)”라는 뜻을 담았다.
또한 [RAISE US]는 아직 어둠이 완전히 가시지 않은 해뜨기 전과 본격적으로 어두워지기 직전의 해 질 무렵의 시간을 주제로 했으며 어슴푸레한 주변, 저만치서 움직이는 실루엣이 내가 기르던 개인지 나를 해치러 오는 늑대인지 분간할 수 없는 때를 일컫는 말로 ‘개와 늑대의 시간’이라는 프랑스 속담에서 모티브를 가져왔다. 태양이 떨어질 무렵 노을빛의 붉은 시간과 태양이 떠오를 무렵 새벽빛의 푸른 시간을 주제로 하여 대조되는 이중성을 키워드로 한 컨셉의 앨범이다.
타이틀곡 ‘태양이 떨어진다 (Twilight)’는 이번 앨범의 컨셉인 ‘개와 늑대의 시간(석양이 질 무렵)’을 표현한 곡으로 국내 최고 프로듀서 김도훈이 작곡에 참여하였다. 섬세하고도 강렬한 사운드와 더불어 떨어지는 태양을 헤어지는 연인에 비유한 인상적인 가사를 더해 더욱 완성도 있는 곡이 탄생하였다.
‘태양이 떨어진다 (Twilight)’의 뮤직비디오는 이번 앨범의 컨셉과 곡의 가사를 기반으로 쟈니브로스 홍원기 감독이 맡아 이탈리아에서 모든 촬영이 진행되었으며, 곡의 분위기와 이탈리아 성들의 아름다운 양식들이 어울려 순도 높은 영상미를 자아냈다. 새벽녘 자신의 곁을 떠난 연인에 대한 기다림의 시간과 그리움을 , 태양이 어스름해지는 순간 미련의 시간을 아련하면서도 강렬한 영상으로 담아냈다.

RBW의 신인 보이그룹 원어스(ONEUS)가 ‘US’ 시리즈의 두 번째 이야기 미니앨범 [RAISE US]를 발매한다.
RAVN(레이븐), 서호, 이도, 건희, 환웅, 시온까지 6인조로 구성된 원어스(ONEUS)는 지난 1월 데뷔 앨범 ‘LIGHT US’ 로 가요계에 첫 발을 내디뎠다. 데뷔 앨범 발매와 동시에 4개국 아이튠즈 K팝 앨범 차트에서 1위를 기록하며 전 세계의 이목을 집중시키고 차세대 K팝 유망주로 자리잡았다.
이번 미니앨범 [RAISE US]는 “우리를 끌어올리다”라는 의미를 담은 앨범으로 지난 데뷔 앨범 ‘LIGHT US’가 “사람들이 비추는 빛으로 탄생한 원어스(ONEUS), 그들이 만들어가는 음악”을 뜻했다면, 이번 앨범에서는 “사람들이 비춰주던 빛으로 더 높은 도약을 해나갈 원어스(ONEUS)”라는 뜻을 담았다.
또한 [RAISE US]는 아직 어둠이 완전히 가시지 않은 해뜨기 전과 본격적으로 어두워지기 직전의 해 질 무렵의 시간을 주제로 했으며 어슴푸레한 주변, 저만치서 움직이는 실루엣이 내가 기르던 개인지 나를 해치러 오는 늑대인지 분간할 수 없는 때를 일컫는 말로 ‘개와 늑대의 시간’이라는 프랑스 속담에서 모티브를 가져왔다. 태양이 떨어질 무렵 노을빛의 붉은 시간과 태양이 떠오를 무렵 새벽빛의 푸른 시간을 주제로 하여 대조되는 이중성을 키워드로 한 컨셉의 앨범이다.
타이틀곡 ‘태양이 떨어진다 (Twilight)’는 이번 앨범의 컨셉인 ‘개와 늑대의 시간(석양이 질 무렵)’을 표현한 곡으로 국내 최고 프로듀서 김도훈이 작곡에 참여하였다. 섬세하고도 강렬한 사운드와 더불어 떨어지는 태양을 헤어지는 연인에 비유한 인상적인 가사를 더해 더욱 완성도 있는 곡이 탄생하였다.
‘태양이 떨어진다 (Twilight)’의 뮤직비디오는 이번 앨범의 컨셉과 곡의 가사를 기반으로 쟈니브로스 홍원기 감독이 맡아 이탈리아에서 모든 촬영이 진행되었으며, 곡의 분위기와 이탈리아 성들의 아름다운 양식들이 어울려 순도 높은 영상미를 자아냈다. 새벽녘 자신의 곁을 떠난 연인에 대한 기다림의 시간과 그리움을 , 태양이 어스름해지는 순간 미련의 시간을 아련하면서도 강렬한 영상으로 담아냈다.
특히 이번 타이틀곡 안무에는 세계적 안무가 ‘Keone Madrid’가 참여하여 ‘태양이 떨어진다 (Twilight)’의 퍼포먼스를 더욱 극대화했다.
뿐만 아니라, [RAISE US] 앨범에는 타이틀곡 ‘태양이 떨어진다 (Twilight)’를 포함하여 ‘Intro : Time’, ‘English Girl’, ‘개와 늑대의 시간 (BingBing)’, ‘백야(白夜) (White Night)’, ‘Now’까지 총 6개의 수록곡을 담아 이번 앨범 또한 원어스(ONEUS)의 다채로운 매력을 선보일 것으로 기대가 된다.
