Seventeen's 3rd regular album [An Ode] is an album that is an extension of the digital single 'HIT', which dreamed of expanding into a new world and predicted a challenge. 그룹 세븐틴이 선공개 곡 디지털 싱글 ‘HIT’ 이후 9월 16일, 드디어 약 1년 10개월만에 정규 3집 앨범 [An Ode]를 발매한다.

세븐틴의 정규 3집 [An Ode]는 새로운 세계로의 확장을 꿈꾸며 도전을 예고했던 디지털 싱글 ‘HIT’과 연장선 상에 있는 앨범이다. 이에 ‘Ode(시)’를 통해 화자가 메시지를 은유적으로 표현하듯 세븐틴 또한 그들이 전하고 싶은 메시지를 다양한 방식으로 녹여내 ‘세븐틴이 보내는 선율’이라는 특별한 의미를 담아냈다.
