It depicts a pure romance between Samdal (played by Shin Hye-sun), a dragon born in a stream at the foot of Hallasan Mountain, and Yongpil (played by Ji Chang-wook), who cherished the stream after losing everything and falling, and Yongpil (played by Ji Chang-wook), who returns to the embrace of his hometown, catches his breath, and finds love. Welcome to Samdali]. From the extremely intertwined history of partners to human-like stories, it brought laughter, excitement, warm empathy, and comfort.

한라산 자락 어느 개천에서 난 용, 삼달(신혜선 분)이 모든 걸 잃고 추락한 뒤 개천을 소중히 지켜온 용필(지창욱 분)과 고향의 품으로 다시 돌아와 숨을 고르며 사랑도 찾는 청정 짝꿍 로맨스를 그려낸 [웰컴투 삼달리]. 지독하게 얽힌 짝꿍의 역사부터 사람 냄새 물씬 풍기는 이야기로 웃음과 설렘, 따스한 공감과 위로를 선사하였다.
