The Spoiled Child: Germs


This album is a story about the feelings and self-loathing that I experienced after becoming friends with a friend called alcohol for the first time in 18 years.
There are quite a lot of songs made for this project in 2018, but in the end, not even one track was saved.
Of course, it was no longer a waste, and the lyrics at that time were like a daily diary that was not well organized.
I can feel the drunkenness only at that time, but since I drank, only I can know, right?
It's a story that depicts my uneasy and unfinished self, but it can't be that the finished product is unfinished.
I feel that there are things that rot emotionally over time, just like iron rusts.
My life is at the center of relationships that become uncomfortable to meet (annoying), things that lose meaning, and all kinds of changes that come in a negative direction.
I wanted to record the rapid breathing in line with the fast-paced world.
While making this album where inner turmoil is the focus, I would like to have a conclusion I want to talk about, but
In the process of sublimating an unfinished emotional line, which may bounce, into a work of perfection, the keyword [germs] will be delivered beautifully!
Emotions that have been hidden or rotted from the inside.
This album is about a mean kid who only thinks bad things. I don't know if it will look like a cool mold like penicillin, or if it's fresh cream bread that's been in a cheap refrigerator for a month.
Also, when the fungus is observed under a microscope, it has a pretty pretty pattern. The part that Soyeon, who was in charge of the artwork, expressed very well
The last thing I want to say is, the more you know about me, the more fun you can listen to this album, but now I don't want to recommend any more ways to listen to it.

The Spoiled Child : 균


이 앨범은 18년도에 처음 술이라는 친구와 친해지고 난 뒤 경험한 감정과 자기혐오에 대한 이야기다.
18년도에 이 프로젝트를 위해 만든 곡들이 꽤나 많은데 결론적으로 한 트랙도 살리지 않았다.
물론 더 이상 아깝지도 않았고 그때의 가사는 정리가 잘 되지 않은 하루하루의 일기 같다.
그때만의 취기가 느껴지지만 내가 마신 술이니 나만 알 수 있는 거겠지?
불안하고 미완성된 내 모습을 그려놓은 얘기지만 완성품이 미완성적일 순 없지 않을까.
쇠에 녹이 스는 것처럼 시간이 지나며 감정적으로도 썩는 것들이 있다고 느낀다.
만나기 불편해지는 관계들 (귀찮거나), 의미가 없어지는 것들 및 네거티브 방향으로 찾아오는 온갖 변화들 그 중심에 내가 사는 삶이 있다.
너무 빨리 흘러가는 세상에 맞춰 가쁘게 쉬는 숨을 기록하고 싶었다.
내면의 혼란이 초점이 되는 이 앨범을 만들면서 이야기 하고싶은 결론이 있나 싶지만
그 어디로 튈지 모르는 미완성적인 감정선을 완성도 있게 작품으로 승화하는 과정에서 [균]이라는 키워드는 예쁘게 전달이 될 것이다!
숨겨두거나, 함구하여 내면에서 썩혀버린 감정들.
나쁜 생각들만 하는 못된 자식이 주인공인 이 앨범. 페니실린 같은 멋진 곰팡이로 보일지, 자취방 싸구려 냉장고 안에 한 달 묵은 생크림빵일지는 모르겠으나..
또한 균을 현미경으로 관찰하면 꽤 예쁜 패턴을 가지고 있다. 아트워크를 맡아준 소연이가 아주 잘 표현해준 부분
끝으로 하고싶은 말은, 나에 대해서 알수록 더 재밌게 들릴 수 있는 앨범이지만 이제 더 이상 앨범을 듣는 방법을 추천해주고 싶지 않다.
전체 재생을 돌려놔도 좋고, 음악을 듣다가 셔플로 한 트랙씩 나와도 괜찮을 곡들을 만들었다. 재밌게 들어주세요. 날 겪거나 지나친 모든 사람들에게 바칩니다. 쿤디판다 올림
