<Save Me Original Television Soundtrack>, which shows the face of a different OST with differentiated emotions and high-quality music for dramas, is a collaboration between music director Kim Jun-seok, who has been recognized for his auteurism through the dramas <Misaeng> and <Signal>. Park Seong-il participated.
<Save me Original Television Soundtrack>, which contains a total of 47 tracks, contains 42 scores and 5 songs that have been tightly inserted throughout the drama and supported the narrative of the drama. <구해줘>는 장르물의 대가 OCN이 선보인 스릴러 드라마로 낯설지만 강렬한 매력으로 시청자들을 사로잡았다. 호기심을 자극하는 신선한 소재와 현실을 반영한 사실적 묘사, 영화 같은 스케일과 물 샐 틈 없는 배우들의 열연을 비롯해 드라마의 긴장감을 십분 살려준 음악 등을 통해 예측 가능한 클리셰를 배제하고도 시청자들의 간담을 서늘하게 만든 <구해줘>는 화제성과 시청률을 동시에 사로잡으며 신개념 스릴러 장르를 개척했다는 평을 얻었다.

총 47트랙이 수록된 <구해줘 Original Television Soundtrack>에는 그동안 드라마 곳곳에 촘촘히 삽입되며 드라마의 서사를 뒷받침해 준 42곡의 스코어와 5트랙의 가창곡이 담겨져 있다. 스코어 작업에는 정세린, 주인로, 전세진, 구본춘, 이윤지, 노유림, 이루리, 김현주, 김현도이 참여하였으며, 매력적인 음색으로 드라마의 정서를 담아낸 ‘잉키(inkii)’의 “I Am”과 “세상 밖으로”, 인디 신의 떠오르는 대세 밴드 ‘더베인’이 참여한 “환각”, 독특한 아우라로 광기어린 긴장감을 들려준 싱어송라이터 ‘정차식’의 “모래바람”, 독보적인 음색과 감성으로 서예지의 아픔을 노래한 ‘화요비’의 “얼마나 눈물이 흘렀을까” 등 인디와 메이져를 아우르는 감각적인 음색의 가창자들이 참여하였다.
