The packaging was insanely good. My albums were wrapped all around with bubble wrap, twice, and had extra wrapping on the side so they would not move at all in the box! Exactly what I ordered, and didn’t take long at all to get to me. The shipping costs were so much cheaper on this app, so I was able to afford two albums. Took the order about of week to be ready for shipping, but the shipping only took a few days. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Very happy with kpopalbums :) There was a bit of delay with the shipping as they were waiting on another pre-order item (the nestfest ahgase keyring >u<) that was part of my total order. I was worried as it had been some time since I'd put in the order, so I sent them an email and they were very fast with replying back and explaining the situation. Once the pre-order item was ready, there were plenty of updates on each stage of the shipping/delivery. The albums arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Although my order came from overseas, it came pretty quickly. It took around a week or week and a half, which I hadn't expected. All the albums that I bought with this one came in perfect, sealed condition--not to mention most of them were on sale which is a huge plus!! 100% would order again!!

It was just as described, it even comes in protective case, very fluffy and I love how fluffy it is! Very well packaged. No issues at all. Very happy and they respond promptly with any inquiries. I live in the US so it took a bit to get to me but still within a month.
