이번 발표한 "Start a Fire" 는 총 4트랙의 곡이 담겨있는 미니 앨범이다.타이틀인 "Start a Fire"는 복고풍의 POP 분위기에 힙합을 가미한 댄스 곡이며 작사는 많은 히트곡 을 써온 낯선이 맡았다. 가사 내용은 남자의 과한 집착과 통제를 벗어나고자하는 여자들의 집착남에 대한 따끔한 일침을 다루는 내용이다.
작곡은 미국의 유명 작곡가인 Lena Leon, Krysta Youngs 가 작업했으며 미국 빌보드 차트 상위권에 매 작업한 곡마다 랭크되고 있는 인증된 작곡가 이다. 편곡은 그래미상 후보 작곡가인 Chris Sernel 이 작업하며 고퀄리티돌 인 라니아의 면모를 한층 더 돋보일수 있게 만들었다.
