[Five Years] was mostly based on Lim Se-joon's real-life experiences. 타이틀곡 '결국 너야'는 오랜 시간이 지났음에도 헤어진 연인이 자꾸 떠올라 결국에는 너라는 이별 후에 그리움을 담고 있다. 노래의 첫 발단은 그리워서 생긴 슬픈 감정이 아닌, 추억들의 떠오름에 대한 익숙함, 지겨움 정도의 감정을 가사로 풀어썼다. 또한 마음 깊은 곳 자기도 모르던 그리움의 감정이 곡 막바지에 간절함으로 나타나 있으며, 특히 임세준 특유의 섬세한 표현에 정통 발라드 감성이 적절히 잘 묻어난 R&B 발라드 곡이다.
