인트로곡은 자연스럽게 '하얀 사막'으로 이어진다. 곡의 도입부는 인트로곡처럼 유채훈의 예술가적 기질이 묻어 있다. '세상은 흰색 모래에 잠든 사막 같아'라는 가사에서 고뇌의 흔적을 엿볼 수 있다. 하지만 곧 깊은 고뇌는 희망을 담아 나아가기 시작한다. '여러 계절이 알려준 우리 얘길 담아 첫 발자국을 떼 걷고 싶어'라는 가사는
하지만 세 번째 곡 '동행'에 이르면 곡에 담긴 희망과 긍정의 메시지는 선명해진다. 팬들과 함께 걸어가겠다는 의미를 담고 있는 팬들과 가까운 이들에게 전하는 감사와 위로의 노래다. 밴드 사운드 위를 흐르는 클래시컬한 선율이 돋보이는 곡으로 함께 따라 부를 수 있는 편안한 후렴구가 특징이다. 편안한 사운드를 끌고 가는 베이스 사운드가 즐거운 마음을 배가시킨다.

'Il Fuggitivo'는 이탈리아어로 만들어진 국내 순수 창작곡이다. 발음을 비롯해 한국어로는 전해지지 않는 뉘앙스를 연구하는 등 유채훈의 새로운 도전을 통해 완성되었다. '도망자'라는 뜻의 제목에서 느낄 수 있듯 곡은 자조와 고뇌로 그려졌다. '벼랑 끝에 서 있는 내가 넘어설 수 있을까'라는 스스로에게 던지는 질문. 분노하듯 쏟아내는 격정을 통해 어떤 결론을 내렸을지 궁금해진다.
새로운 길을 가는 건 힘들기 마련이다. 섬세한 감성을 가진 이라면 더더욱 그러할 것이다. 유채훈의 'paint over'를 통해 한 번 더 생각에 잠긴다. '나'를 지우면 길을 잃을 수도 있다.
