Two years ago, four fresh boys named 'Northern Incheon Nineteen', who garnered attention two years ago for wearing three-stripe slippers in their school uniform and performing fantastic harmonies on Mnet's 'Superstar K6', are releasing their first mini-album.

This mini-album [Voice + Whisper] includes new songs such as the title song 'What's the matter', 'On & On', a dance song that combines modern rock and electric sounds, and member Kim Kang-san's own song 'Like the Moon and Stars'. It contains a total of 8 tracks, including the pre-released song 'Where are you now (feat. Jeon Mi-ri)', the last single 'Summer Cold', and the debut song 'Tell me with your voice'. As the name 'VOISPER', a combination of Voice and Whisper, was used as the name of the group and album, at the center of them, then and now, there is a strong yet sweet harmony created from long friendship. And 'Joon6' of the 'Sync Project' division created this song in harmony.
