I tried to use the metaphor of dominoes to express how our emotions are connected and how they fall.
But people who listen to this song are not only talking about breakups.
All situations from small changes to big impacts
It's a song that I think would be nice if it could be associated with something.

The pre-released song 'MMM'
I wanted to express the silence felt from the other person when a breakup is approaching through the onomatopoeia 'MMM'.
Through the lyrics that express the heart of waiting for a loved one like a pack of water, the meaning of the other person's existence and the sense of relief felt in a relationship with that person are revealed.
This song is about showing the duality of anxiety.
A light and cheerful beat

'찾다, 발견하다'라는 의미와 함께 'Floor'(층)의
'F'와도 첫 스펠링의 교집합이 된다.
13층 작업실에서
탄생한 그룹이라는 뜻으로
'13층에서 찾다, 발견하다'라는
중이적인 표현도 될 수 있겠다.
팀의 첫 만남부터 데뷔까지
모든 것이
'13층'에서 이루어졌다.

13파운드는 비주얼(영상) 디렉션과 트랙 메이커이자
팀의 프로듀서인 박민서,
작사와 탑 라이너, 보컬 담당 송치원과
아트 디렉션과 탑 라이너, 보컬인 김성연으로 구성된
3인조 그룹이다.
장르에 관계없이 폭넓은 음악을 만들고
이 세상의 모든 사운드를 가지고 놀고 싶어 만난
2000년대생들의 크루다.
음악에 관련된 크리에이티브한 감각을 공유하고
모든 세대들과 함께 할 수 있는 교감 지수 높은 작업물을
선보이겠다는 목표를 향해 나아가고 있다.

타이틀곡 'DOMINO'는
이별 후 무너지는 사랑이 도미노 같다는 표현을 은유적으로 해석하게 된다.
도미노라는 비유를 통해 우리의 감정이 어떻게 연결되어 있으며 어떻게 무너지는지 표현하려 했다.
하지만 이 곡을 듣는 사람들이 단지 이별 뿐만 아니라
작은 변화로부터 미치는 큰 영향까지의 모든 상황을
연상할 수 있었으면 좋을 것 같다는 생각의 곡이다.

선공개곡 'MMM'은
이별이 다가왔을 때 느껴지는 상대의 침묵을 의성어 '음음음(MMM)'을 통해 표현하고자 했다.
사랑하는 사람을 기다리는 마음이 물 범짐처럼 드러나는 가사를 통해 상대방의 존재의 의미, 그리고 그 사람과의 관계에서 느끼는 안도감과
불안함의 양면성을 보여주고 싶은 곡이다.
경쾌하고도 가벼운 비트의

끝나버린 사랑을 다시 붙잡고 싶은 마음을 표현했다.
